Nonprofit CRM Choices

Now that you have had some time to think about Blackbaud's acquisition of Convio, what do you think customer choice for nonprofit CRM? If you work for a nonprofit whose revenues are greater than $20M and less than $350M and you want to transition from donor management to CRM, who would you send an RFP to?

We at the American Heart Association just went through this. The list started long, but it took no time to narrow it down to Salesforce, MS Dynamics and Blackbaud. I don't think the news yesterday would have changed that list. Do you?

I am not familiar with the specifics of what Heart is doing but I wish them luck as I know the CRM path has been a tough one for them. In the context of my question, Heart is a bit of an edge case. I am going to modify my original post to cover nonprofits from $20M – $350M.
